We specialize in designing and conducting clinical research studies to bring innovative therapies to market. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a Clinical Trials Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions.• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Market Research• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, therapeutic areas, and emerging trends in the clinical trials landscape.• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay informed about opportunities and challenges.• Provide regular updates on market developments to the management team. Business Development• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical trials sector.• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base.• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including clinical operations and regulatory affairs, to ensure comprehensive client solutions. Proposal Development• Prepare and present high‑quality proposals for clinical research studies.• Work closely with scientific and regulatory teams to align proposals with industry standards and client expectations.• Conduct presentations and address inquiries from clients during the proposal process. Sales and Revenue Generation• Meet and exceed sales targets for clinical trial services.• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.• Track and report sales performance to the management team. Networking• Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's clinical trial capabilities.• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.- 3‑4 years of experience in clinical trials or a related field, with a focus on business development and sales.- In‑depth knowledge of the clinical trial process, regulations, and industry best practices.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English & Spanish.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
