Empresa de manufactura – inventarios complejos Buscamos un Contralor con perfil operativo, carácter firme y dominio real de ERP, para liderar la integridad financiera, el control interno y la disciplina operativa de la empresa. Este no es un puesto contable tradicional. Es un rol de liderazgo, autoridad y ejecución, responsable de asegurar que lo que ocurre en planta, almacenes y logística coincida exactamente con lo que refleja el ERP y los estados financieros. Asegurar información financiera precisa, oportuna y confiable mediante procesos sólidos, control interno riguroso, liderazgo absoluto del ERP y una cultura de disciplina y accountability. Control Contable y Cierres Garantizar contabilidad 100% reconocida, conciliada y respaldada. Ejecutar cierres mensuales completos antes del día 10 hábil, sin ajustes posteriores. Asegurar costing correcto (MP, MO, GIF y órdenes de producción). Liderazgo del ERP (Rol Crítico) Ser el dueño interno del ERP. Definir reglas, procesos, responsables y tiempos de captura. Auditar módulos de compras, ventas, inventarios, producción y finanzas. Asegurar que no existan discrepancias entre módulos ni registros atrasados. Coordinar mejoras y correcciones con el despacho externo del sistema. Control Interno y Disciplina Operativa Diseñar e imponer procesos documentados y auditables. Auditar semanalmente inventarios, consumos, movimientos y registros. Corregir desviaciones y exigir cumplimiento interdepartamental. Supervisión Funcional Exigir disciplina de registro a Logística, Compras, Almacén, Inventarios y Producción. Establecer estándares claros y escalar incumplimientos cuando sea necesario. Cumplimiento Fiscal Asegurar cumplimiento puntual con SAT, IMSS, IVA, ISR, DIOT, SUA, IDSE y obligaciones estatales. Entregar información conciliada y validada al despacho externo. Revisar y autorizar cálculos y declaraciones. Planeación y Análisis Preparar presupuestos y análisis de variaciones. Generar reportes financieros y operativos útiles para dirección. Detectar desviaciones y oportunidades con enfoque práctico. Experiencia comprobada en manufactura o empresas con inventarios complejos. Dominio real de ERP (implementación, corrección o rescate de flujos). Uso de Sistema Mozart (preferente, no obligatorio) Capacidad para validar que la operación física coincida con los registros. Carácter firme para exigir cumplimiento y confrontar desviaciones. No buscamos Financieros corporativos sin experiencia en planta. Perfiles sin carácter o aversión al conflicto operativo.
