Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.American company based in Atlanta is looking for a Project Designer who will take ownership of the entire project design-build documentation and administration process for each of their assigned projects, ensuring accuracy to scope, brand, and jurisdictional requirements, completeness, and schedule adherence. It is the Project Designer’s job to ensure that each project is designed for success, that all stakeholders are fully informed throughout the design-build process, and that all team members are working seamlessly together. The Project Designer is a multi-talented team member lending their design skills, brand expertise, product knowledge, organizational aptitude, and leadership abilities to other members of the company and client project teams. In addition to the production of design documents, the Project Designer will use their creative problem-solving abilities to assist estimating, purchasing, and construction department project managers with onsite design challenges, submittal reviews, and product order changes.
