HEAD OF MAINTENANCE Location: IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO FORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier. YOUR TASKS Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and achievement of KPIs. Implement and oversee TPM, preventive, and autonomous maintenance systems. Plan and optimize resources, budget, and spare parts management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational goals. Develop and support maintenance staff through training and performance management. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Strong experience in maintenance management within manufacturing. Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and preventive maintenance systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Analytical, results-driven, and collaborative. Proficient in English.
