Inside Sales Representative Remote The Law Offices of Vlad Portnoy Are you a persuasive salesperson who thrives on closing deals Do you have the emotional intelligence to build rapport and guide potential clients toward the right legal solutions If so we want you on our team as an Inside Sales Representative Requirements Proven Sales Experience You know how to close deals and exceed quotas. Tech‑Savviness Proficiency in CRM tools particularly Caret Legal and Clio as well as virtual communication tools. Previous Experience Prior experience with CRM and CMS software is strongly preferred. Emotional Intelligence You can connect with clients understand their needs and build trust. Deep Understanding of the Psychology of Sales You grasp client motivations and use that insight to drive conversions. Fluent English (C2 Level) Excellent communication skills are a must. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Your Mission Maximize Revenue Generation Retain and generate as much revenue as possible for the firm through strategic client engagement and conversion. Sales Process Management Engage with warm leads and handle inbound inquiries to drive client conversions. This includes identifying client needs effectively communicating the firm’s value and following up to ensure client retention. Strong Follow‑Up Process Close clients by maintaining persistent and effective follow‑up communication. Reengagement Campaigns Implement strategies to reach out to past visitors who did not retain the firm’s services. Engage and Convert Leads Guide potential clients through consultations and the decision‑making process ensuring they retain the firm’s services. Meet and Exceed Targets Consistently hit performance goals and contribute to the firm’s growth. Compensation Base Pay: $9-10 / hour Bonus structure Hours: Monday-Friday 11 AM - 8 PM EST.
