Descripción del trabajo Primary Location: México‑Baja California Norte‑Mexicali JOB SUMMARY Provide analytical support for the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs including job evaluation, salary structure development, salary planning, savings plans, and group insurance. This role must understand and apply principles and practices of the compensation and benefits specialties, and will be responsible for preparing complex reports for management review and consideration with scope for the LATAM region. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Survey Salary participations completion according to the Medline global agreements. Design & maintenance of the LATAM salary market reference points. Analyze and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programs; assist in the design and implementation of base pay and incentive programs, equity plans, and benefits programs that reflect the Medline Compensation Philosophy. Evaluate, benchmark, and market price jobs; analyze compensation data and recommend salary grades. Assist in the administration of performance review, merit programs, Formula Bonus, Compensation offers, and Medline Job structure. Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labor market and internal equity. Analyze and forecast the cost of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure programs align with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Participate in market surveys according to Medline global agreement. Create communication pieces that inform employees of benefits options. Coordinate meetings with benefits vendors for annual policy review (renewal agreement). SECONDARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES LATAM Compensation & Ben consulting. Support in the Comp & Ben global initiatives. Support in the Mexico HR projects. Special project (Corp or LATAM region). QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Accounting. Compensation & Benefits education. Training in TRESS experience required, and HR global platform functionality. Bilingual: Spanish - English 85%. RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant experience. 4 years of extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits + 2 years of experience in HR business partner or Generalist as minimum. Knowledge of fiscal & labor legal regulation. Management of global salary surveys (Interpretation/Participation). HR project management (as a plus). SKILLS REQUIRED Career‑level professional within the field; considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline. Extensive knowledge in intermediate to advanced experience in Excel functions, pivot tables, index, match, macros is a plus. Compensation & Benefits survey results interpretation. Strong analytical skills, high ethical values, strong confidentiality skills. Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
