Senior PPC Specialist (Remote) Drive Results for Multiple Agency ClientsU.S CST work hours. We are looking for a senior-level PPC expert who knows how to dig into data, optimize fast, and deliver measurable results. If you’ve spent years inside a digital‑marketing agency managing high‑performing campaigns for e‑commerce and lead‑gen clients, thrive on analytics, and love turning insights into outcomes, this role is for you. You’ll be the go‑to for execution excellence: building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that make a real impact for clients. What You’ll Do Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.) Collaborate with account managers and creative teams Present performance updates and recommendations to clients Non‑Negotiables 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital‑marketing agency (required) Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy Proven success in both e‑commerce and lead‑generation campaigns Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re fluent in data Comfortable communicating directly with clients Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment Texas‑based and authorized to work without sponsorship We’re remote‑first, but not hands‑off. You should have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to manage your own time. Communicate proactively, stay accountable, and adapt quickly when challenges arise.
