We are looking for a Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant I who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. Requirements (What We’re Looking For) Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (required) 1+ years experience running or processing payroll (preferred) 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred) Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) Act as a named specialist for customers providing guidance, best practices, solutions and instructions using the Workday Payroll platform to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise Act as the liaison between ADP and Workday through SmartCompliance monitoring and issue resolution Configure Workday payroll components, reports, etc. of varying complexity levels Understands Workday implementation Methodology and performs various pre-production responsibilities as assigned including executing test scripts, converting legacy data into Workday, etc. Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company Maintain timeliness of service level agreements and average billability of 80% quarterly Accessible during service hours (9am-7pm CST) and flexibility to work beyond the standard service window as needed.
