Responsabilidades clave de un Project Manager en Rankmi: Participar en la preventa de negocios complejos. Coordinar y liderar al equipo de consultores de implementación. Facilitar la comunicación entre miembros del equipo y actuar como el punto de contacto principal. Elaborar la planificación completa del proyecto, detallando alcance, cronograma y recursos necesarios. Actuar como enlace principal entre la empresa y el cliente, asegurando la gestión de expectativas y su cumplimiento. Supervisar el progreso del proyecto y realizar ajustes conforme sea necesario para alcanzar los objetivos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de métricas clave, incluyendo calidad, tiempo y costo del proyecto. ¿Qué buscamos? Título profesional en Ing. Civil Industrial, Ing. en Control de Gestión, Ing. Comercial, Ing. RRHH, Ing. Comercial, Ing. en Administración, o carrera afín. Desde 4 años en manejo de clientes, gestión de proyectos de tecnología, software o SaaS. Conocimiento en Excel avanzado, gestión de proyectos, metodologías ágiles (SCRUM). Habilidades de liderazgo, colaboración y una fuerte orientación al cliente. ¿Te interesa?
