Job Duties Bajo supervisión general, promueve excelentes relaciones con el cliente en el sitio de trabajo. Planea y realiza los cálculos necesarios para el trabajo en el pozo según se requiera. Puede coordinar las actividades de los operadores de servicio durante el montaje y desmontaje del equipo en una ubicación, así como la preparación del equipo para realizar un trabajo. Asegura la satisfacción del cliente con el trabajo realizado. Es responsable de la gestión del inventario de materiales cuando actúa como único proveedor de servicios de Halliburton en el sitio del pozo. Según se requiera, puede realizar la recopilación y distribución de datos en los trabajos. Utiliza procesos de competencia para mejorar el desarrollo de sus habilidades y el desempeño en el trabajo. Tiene la responsabilidad de asegurar que la documentación de campo esté correctamente completada. Las tareas del trabajo, realizadas correctamente, impactan indirectamente en el control de costos, la eficiencia y la rentabilidad de las operaciones. Las habilidades normalmente se adquieren mediante la finalización de los requisitos de Desarrollo Profesional (Competencia) de HAL para el rol laboral. Debe poseer habilidades excelentes dentro de la línea de servicio y tener una comprensión general de otras funciones de servicio. Debe tener conocimiento de HMS, estándares de HSE, métodos de trabajo y directrices para el personal de CT. Promueve la conciencia sobre seguridad y medio ambiente. Promueve y participa activamente en procesos de mejora de calidad. Qualifications Técnico o Técnico Superior Universitario en áreas afines a la industria Oil & Gas. Experiencia de 5 años en operaciones de coiled tubing y armado de tubería flexible como limpiezas, inducción y moliendas. Experiencia en operaciones con equipos de unidad de alta presion. Experiencia en operaciones costa fuera y/o terrestres. Contar con el curso de Well Control. Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
