Purpose The Digital & Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for defining and leading the organization's digital strategy. This includes developing and implementing digital data-driven solutions from E2E perspective to improve business performance, as well as overseeing portfolio project, department budget and business plan. This role is expected to drive thought leadership and executive decisions making by leveraging various digital and data science solutions and capabilities and scale them through the entire organization. You will be responsible for: Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable. Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. Performs other duties assigned as needed. In addition to previous position responsibilities, this position: Leadership in implementation of a comprehensive Digital & Analytics strategy that aligns with business goals, including roadmap definition. Leads strategic planning and digital and data analytics portfolio prioritization process. Evaluates external partnership and technology investment opportunities in collaboration with the business and IT to drive strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Builds and maintains effective financial strategy to support departmental objectives. Maintains quality assurance standards, which adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality System, and ISO regulations. Lead and shape strong partnership with internal and external business partners and other stakeholders. Oversee portfolio projects, ensuring they are aligned with the business and digital strategy. Manages the department budget and business plan. Development and implementation of digital and data science initiatives according to business needs. Participates in the development of strategic plans to support organizational goals. Understands and effectively manages budgetary requirements and resources. Coach and mentor technical staff. Stays up to date on the latest trends in digitalization and advanced analytics. Effectively coordinates team priorities. Hires, retains, and develops qualified talent. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Business or Business Management is required. Generally, requires 8-10 years’ work experience. Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred. Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks is required. Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Strong capabilities in agile frameworks. Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Strong understanding of agile and lean software development principles and values with proven experience working in a multi-functional team. Self-starter leadership/ collaborator with executional excellence. Strong experience in talent management and development. Openness to listen and balance ideas from the work team. Ability to interact, influence, and lead across organizational hierarchies. Ability to navigate and achieve business impact in a fast paced, matrixed organization. Strong financial acumen and experience. Demonstrated hands-on large project management/delivery experience. Excellent program management skills combined with in depth knowledge of software Delivery and testing methodologies and processes. Ability to inspire change via strong engagement/communication. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions, including end-customer touchpoints is required. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Capable of developing roadmaps supporting the scaling and evolution of digital data driven solutions. Strong knowledge and prior implementation of emergent technologies and their integration, such as Big Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Cloud Computing, IoT, Business Intelligence, Virtual Reality, etc. Required Skills Preferred Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
