Oferta Laboral: Project Management Associate (Freelance) Ubicación: Remoto Tipo de contrato: Freelance / Independiente Idioma: Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) Compensación: Pago en dólares estadounidenses (USD) Descripción del puesto Buscamos un(a) Project Management Associate altamente organizado(a), proactivo(a) y con dominio avanzado del inglés para unirse a nuestro equipo de manera freelance . La persona seleccionada apoyará la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos internacionales, garantizando la entrega oportuna y la calidad de los resultados. El/la candidato(a) ideal será una persona adaptable, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y una fuerte orientación al detalle, capaz de coordinar equipos multiculturales y contribuir activamente al éxito de cada proyecto. Responsabilidades principales Asistir en la planificación y control de proyectos, incluyendo la elaboración de cronogramas, hitos y reportes. Mantener actualizada toda la documentación del proyecto , garantizando su organización y accesibilidad. Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos y partes interesadas , asegurando el flujo adecuado de información. Coordinar reuniones, talleres y actividades de seguimiento. Recopilar, analizar y mantener datos relevantes del proyecto. Apoyar al equipo en la resolución de problemas y en la gestión de riesgos. Asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos. Mantener una relación profesional y efectiva con clientes y colaboradores. Requisitos Inglés avanzado (nivel C1 o superior, oral y escrito). Título universitario en administración, ingeniería, gestión de proyectos o carreras afines. Experiencia previa en gestión o coordinación de proyectos (mínimo 1 año). Habilidad demostrada en organización, comunicación y resolución de problemas . Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Asana, Trello, Monday, MS Project, u otras). Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma, cumpliendo plazos y objetivos. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles y reuniones internacionales. Ofrecemos Contrato freelance remoto con pagos en USD . Colaboración con equipos internacionales.
