Description Cloud Data Integration Lead Primary Skills : Talend Secondary Skills : SSIS Responsibilities : Lead and manage Data Operations projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of tools like SSIS and Talend. Showcase an excellent understanding of Talend and SSIS, providing support and resolution for any related issues. Troubleshoot data integration issues in on‑premises technologies (Talend and SSIS) and know about resolving ETL issues in On‑Prem and Azure cloud environments. Perform application maintenance tasks such as changes, updates, patching, vulnerability fixes, prod checkouts, etc. for tools such as SSIS, Talend, etc. Excel in maintaining and troubleshooting data pipelines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Demonstrate effective communication skills in English, fostering collaboration with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and end‑users. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring the success of project execution. Qualifications : Proven experience (9+ years) in a similar role, showcasing strong expertise in Data Operations and Integration Projects. Extensive experience with managing Data Operations projects. Proficient in troubleshooting data integration issues using SSIS and Talend in on‑premises technologies. Good knowledge of cloud‑based ETL processes, specifically using ADF. Strong communication and team lead skills. Familiarity with Data Quality, Cataloging, and Governance principles.
