The Role We're seeking a talented Solution Architect with deep SAP CRM (C / 4HANA / SAP Cloud for Customer) and solid SAP SD know-how to shape scalable solutions in our S / 4HANA Public Cloud landscape. You'll be the CRM domain expert connecting C4C with S / 4HANA, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and IT to turn business needs into elegant, fit-to-standard solutions. What you'll do Design, configure and implement SAP C4C (Customer & Opportunity Management). Lead C4C ? S / 4HANA Public Cloud integrations (master & transactional data : customers, contacts, quotes, orders). Translate business requirements into functional designs; create specs for extensions, reports and integrations. Safeguard end-to-end solution integrity and alignment to SAP Best Practices. Support UAT, training and post-go-live stabilization. Stay current on SAP CRM & Cloud innovations to drive continuous improvement. What you bring Bachelor's degree in a science or related field. 5+ years in SAP CRM with emphasis on SAP C4C / C / 4HANA (Public Cloud). Hands-on delivery of Customer & Opportunity Management in C4C. Strong SAP SD process understanding and its CRM touchpoints. Proven C4C–S / 4HANA Public Cloud integration experience, incl. SAP Cloud Integration (CPI / iFlows).
