About the Client (Confidential) Our client is a purpose-driven real estate development company with over two decades of experience delivering award-winning projects across the Americas. The company is building a new global platform focused on conscious, regenerative development, sustainability, and wellness. After years of planning and preparation, their first flagship project is entering a major growth and execution phase, with the long-term vision of scaling into multiple international markets. About the Role This is a senior Marketing Manager role for a creative, entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in fast-growing, mission-driven environments. The role sits at the center of the company’s growth strategy and is responsible for leading marketing execution for a flagship project while helping shape and scale a broader global brand platform. This is a true 50/50 strategic and hands-on role. You will collaborate closely with leadership and external consultants on strategy, but you will fully own execution. You will also build, lead, and scale a marketing team and manage multiple external agencies and partners. The ideal candidate is a confident decision-maker, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and deeply aligned with building brands from the ground up. Responsibilities Lead all marketing efforts for the company’s flagship real estate project and support expansion into future projects and markets. Own the execution of the marketing strategy, growth plan, and global brand positioning in collaboration with leadership and external strategists. Build, manage, and scale an internal marketing team while overseeing external consultants and agency partners. Develop SOPs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scalable marketing systems. Ensure high-quality brand messaging, visual identity, and consistency across all channels and collateral. Work closely with Sales to align lead generation, marketing automation, CRM, and pipeline performance. Collaborate with Development and leadership on product positioning, timelines, and technical considerations. Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting. Oversee content creation across digital, paid media, PR, and investor communications. Lead global PR initiatives and brand visibility efforts. Architect and oversee paid media strategies across channels. Continuously improve automation systems including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, segmentation, and AI-driven marketing initiatives. Create investor decks, presentations, and high-level marketing materials. Qualifications 7+ years of marketing leadership experience. Proven experience building and scaling a brand from scratch in a startup or entrepreneurial environment. Strong experience managing and growing marketing teams, including internal staff and external agencies or consultants. Advanced understanding of paid media, SEO, automation, CRM systems, analytics, and lead generation. Demonstrated success driving sales pipelines and revenue growth. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and professionalism. Confident, data-driven decision-maker able to justify and defend marketing choices. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to work in fast-paced, low-ego environments. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong alignment with purpose-driven, sustainability-focused brands. Required Skills Exposure to real estate, hospitality, architecture, or social-impact projects. Strong sense of taste and style, particularly related to design and lifestyle brands. Experience supporting global brand positioning and international market expansion. Background or exposure to sales functions, with potential to grow into broader commercial leadership roles. Experience working with investor-facing communications. Pay range and compensation package Salary range: USD 2,000–5,000 per month, depending on seniority and experience (exceptional candidates may be considered above range). 100% remote role, working as an independent contractor. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, aligned with EST business hours. Paid time off including paid vacation after 3 months, paid sick days, local holidays, and additional year-end benefits.
