Descripción del trabajo Position Summary The COO will oversee Sales & Marketing, Sales Operation, Legal, Administration, Human Resources, and Finance. The COO will collaborate with the executive team and departments in headquarters to ensure effective and efficient day‑to‑day operations and lead organizational capacity‑building efforts, transformation initiatives, and change management.

Responsibilities

In partnership with General Manager, leads the development of annual work plans and goals tied to the strategic plan. Assesses organizational performance against short and long‑term strategic goals and recommends modifications to the strategic plans and corresponding goals and objectives. Oversees the ongoing implementation of the operations and administrative components of the strategic plan and annual work plan. Take charge of the daily company operations, exercise the power to guide, command, supervise and manage the company's operations, and report directly to the General Manager.

Formulate business plan and preside over the overall design plan of the company's business system, be responsible for the company's operating budget plan, cost management/expense management, and organize the implementation after approval by the General Manager. Identify and track key operational metrics and drive systems, processes, best practices, and change initiatives that improve service delivery, workflow, efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, productivity, and internal and external customer service. Design and implement cross‑functional operational processes such as Delivering, Logistic, AR management to promote collaboration and expand organizational impact. Ensure communication, information flow, and collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, Sales and Sales Operation department in headquarters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of operation management experience; 2‑3 years of experience in an executive (C‑level) leadership role is a plus. In‑depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated strategic leadership ability.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Compensation

Pay: $150,****** - $200,****** per month. Location & Commute Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required). Work location: In person. #J-18808-Ljbffr
