We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to support business growth in the packaging and textile industry. This role is responsible for developing and managing B2B client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial or manufacturing sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.This is a high-impact role that requires initiative, relationship-building, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with decision-makers across various industries.Qualifications:· 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging, textiles, or industrial supply sectors· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets· Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize a high-volume workload· Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)· Willingness to travel regionally as neededSkills:· Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes· Experience working with distributors, OEMs, or industrial clients· Bilingual (English/Spanish). #J-18808-Ljbffr
