We are seeking a Senior or Mid Data Engineer to work on a data migration project involving multiple data sources (APIs, Oracle database, Data lake files) into Snowflake. Currently, data is processed using Python scripts scheduled through Windows Scheduler, but the goal is to transition this ETL flow to Airbyte (EL) and Snowflake (T). Key Responsibilities Migrate and manage data pipelines from multiple sources (APIs, Oracle). Maintain and optimize data flows in Snowflake, including creating views, stored procedures (SPs) and tasks. Collaborate to create the tables of the final layer that meet the business requirements. Optimize existing processes by transitioning from Python scripts to Airbyte for data ingestion. Ensure data quality checks and proper logging of data ingestion processes. Requirements Experience with SQL, particularly in understanding and modifying stored procedures (SPs). Proficiency in Python for writing and maintaining data processing scripts. Knowledge of Snowflake, preferably working with Snowpark and Python Notebooks for advanced data processing. Basic knowledge of AWS services, including EC2 and S3 (primarily for querying purposes). Preferred Skills Familiarity with Airbyte for data integration and migration. Experience in managing logs and monitoring data ingestion processes.
