Job Summary Key Responsibilities Design, program, and optimize robotic welding results, with MIG, TIG, Laser, and Plasma knowledges. Analyze and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop welding parameters and ensure high-quality output. Conduct troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives for robotic welding cells (require knowledges on both Robots programming, PLC, Python & Power sources). Lead technical support and training for customers and internal teams in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Participate in field installations, system integrations, and post-installation support globally. Maintain safety and compliance with industry welding standards (AWS, ISO, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in welding. Strong hands-on knowledge of MIG, TIG, Laser Welding, and Plasma Cutting technologies. Proficiency with robotic programming (e.g., ABB, FANUC, UR, or similar platforms). Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken). Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Preferred Skills Familiarity with programming & coding (e.g., Python, C++, RoboDK). Welding certification (e.g., CWI, CWE) is a plus. Experience working in automotive, aerospace, or heavy machinery industries.
