We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an Discoverant Application support

Mandatory Application skills:

· Labeling Application - Bartender, Discoverant
Hands on Knowledge in SQL Server, .Net Technologies , Experience in data structures and object-oriented designs.

· Understanding of incident, problem, change and release management process

· Experienced on IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy or Service Manager.
Experience working with third party vendor applications.
Discoverant
Experience on Application installation and Upgradation
Hands on experience in HTML and Style Sheet Creation (CSS).
Basic knowledge of informatica development
BarTender

· Experience on Application installation and Upgradation
Experience on Webservices , File triggers, BTXML

· Strong Development and troubleshooting experience with Oracle, SQL Server or any other RDBMS.

· Experience in configuring and Designing Label Templates, Integration with other systems, Cloud REST API, Working with layers and objects
Experience in handling Security policies as per the guidelines
Experience in Label design and configuration, Printer driver setup for Bartender

Good to have domain knowledge:

· Domain Knowledge-Pharmaceutical/LS, 21 CFR Part 11, EBR
Hands-on experience in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy Service Management, Service Now , Toolsgroup and JIRA

· Experience in Troubleshoot the Application related issues in production & Non- production environments, Perform impact analysis of business ur issues at L1 , L2, L3 levels
