The person who fills this position will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic solutions. The Business Analyst must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. What You'll Do Work with stakeholders to design and create innovative solutions to increase sales, reduce churn and drive operational excellence. Gather and create clearly articulated business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Identify opportunities for sales optimization, efficiency enhancements, and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate with tech and business teams to ensure solution quality. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis. Who We're Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Data Science or Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Solid understanding of project management principles and Agile or Shape-up methodologies. Skills and Experience 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, or Shape-up project management methodology, including shaping, betting, and building. Experience in meeting project deadlines, managing project scope effectively, and driving successful outcomes through iterative development cycles. Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques. Experience with business analysis tools (Hubspot, PowerBI), data visualization tools (Diagrams.net), and task management software (Asana) is a plus. Certifications of Interest Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate: This certification specifically covers PowerBI and data visualization skills. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate: If your work involves cloud data or machine learning, this certification could be useful. Azure Data Lake Analytics.
