Descripción del trabajo Overview The Stellantis HR Operations team is looking for a centralization analyst team member with skills and competency to provide support in functional areas of a human resources department. The position will process HR transaction requests from Stellantis facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system. The analyst is responsible for ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines. Responsibilities Process HR transaction requests from Stellantis facilities around the U.S. and Canada. Ensure each request is complete and compliant with SOX guidelines. Maintain working knowledge of SOX principles. Process PeopleSoft transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance for U.S. FCA facilities. Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate. Provide critical thinking and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing. Work onsite as required. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field. Master's degree (desirable). Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer‑based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail. Strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and to learn quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication, planning and problem‑solving skills. Strong follow‑up, organizational skills, ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally and within HR with professionalism. Experience working with an HRIS system is a MUST. Workday experience required. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft and COGNOS or other reporting tools. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
