We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture strong talent pipelines, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience that directly contributes to our company's growth and success worldwide.Execute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business roles.Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to support continuous improvement.Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates clearly understand the company's mission, values, and employee experience.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decisions.Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.~3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology companies.~ Fluent English communication skills.~ Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC.~ Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.~ You can expect compensation package competitively placed within the local marketYou will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and in improving student learning in science educationOpportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration
