Reporting Este Puesto Reporta a: Business Operations Manager Work Model Hybrid Location & Division Contribuye al Project Automation – Energy Division in Mexico. Key Responsibilities Leading the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional Project Operations. Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements. Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed. Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations. Qualifications Immersed experience with Program and Project Operations Management and the Process Automation market. Five years of experience as a Project Operations Manager with Process Automation technologies. Enhanced knowledge of Program and Project Operations Management. Passion for leadership, people development, and strategic thinking. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Control and Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related). Proven experience of Program and Project Operations in Process Automation technologies. Comfortable communicating in English.
