Senior Creative Designer (Paid Ads & Performance) Join Ottomatik.io as a Senior Creative Designer (Paid Ads & Performance). Role Overview You will create high-converting creative systems that blend design, direct response strategy, and generative‑AI production (video and static). The role goes beyond ad creation: it involves building entire creative pipelines, collaborating with designers and the Media Buying team, and owning the full lifecycle from concept to landing-page design in Figma. Key Responsibilities AI‑Driven Video & UGC Production Conceptualize and storyboard UGC‑style video flows for creators and AI video engines. Generate high‑fidelity assets via Nano Banana, Veo, etc. Polish AI outputs into final ad units—adding overlay text, graphics, CTAs, captions, and platform‑specific formatting. Static Creative & AI Image Generation Create brand‑aligned static imagery with Midjourney or similar. Import and refine assets in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on typography, branding, and direct‑response principles. Maintain AI prompt‑design systems for consistency across campaigns. ેલુંPerformance Design & CRO Design mobile Electron, high‑converting landing pages that match ad creatives (Figma, Unbounce, ClickFunnels). Collaborate with Media Buying to analyze CTR, CVR, and performance data. Iterate creatives based on insights; play A/B tests on visual elements to improve ROI. Required Skillsत्ति Experience Proficient with AI creative tools (Midروسjourney, Nano Banana, Veo, or similar) and a clear workflow for integrating outputs into design tools. Advanced Figma skills—strong sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy. Direct‑response mindset, understanding what makes ads convert on Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms. Ability to produce high‑volume creative variations without sacrificing quality or originality. Portfolio that showcases both video (UGC/AI‑generated) and static creatives with demonstrable performance impact.
