A Product Specialist supports a specific product or group of related products within the Capital Markets Technologies Group. They provide product subject‑matter expertise, support insights to technology partners, directly support users and clients for issue resolution, and participate in improving technology through product delivery processes. The Product Specialist strives to provide a high quality of care, deliver consistent and effective issue resolution, and remove frictions from the user experience across our technologies. Responsibilities Actively resolve user‑facing support cases, chats, and phone calls for supported product(s). Manage and accelerate all back‑end hand‑offs, providing one seamless message/resolution touchpoint to end users and clients. Document case resolution and leverage existing documentation to ensure a consistent experience for end users. Translate business requirements and feedback through the enhancement/defect process for the technical team, informing the product delivery process. Create and develop Generative AI prompts, specifically in JLL GPT, to enhance project delivery and drive efficiency across the organization. Build and provide input into internal training materials and user guides, delivering end‑to‑end training for the product(s). Maintain in‑depth expertise of the supported product including core functionality, roadmap, release cycles, UAT testing, outage protocols, engineering hand‑offs, and case workflows to accelerate feedback loops. Execute UAT testing practices prior to business user testing to ensure a stable experience for end users. Recommend updates to support best practices, enabling continuous improvement, user experience consistency, and efficiency/accuracy in capturing relevant business data of the supported user group. Deliver against operational service benchmarks (response time, handle time, resolution time, CSAT scores) while impacting product metrics like adoption, NPS, and user engagement. Continuously build and maintain in‑depth knowledge‑management materials for product‑related business operations, system integrations, and support workflows. Execute escalation protocols in the back‑end, maintaining a seamless experience for the end user. Maintain knowledge of custom report development for ad‑hoc requests, auditing and verification of data. Qualifications Commitment to excellence in customer/user support. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Driven by a sense of urgency, evidenced by swift response times to support issues. Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player. Committed to continuous learning. 1‑2+ years of product support experience, or 2+ years of experience in supported business lines or functions (less accepted with an accompanied recommendation). Position requires availability during US business hours (EST/PST) and real‑time collaboration with US colleagues during standard business hours.
