Strong technical knowledge in SMT, conformal coating, manual assembly and wave soldering operations. Proven ability to lead teams with assertive communication and effective people management skills. Results‑oriented with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and cost efficiency. Capable of working effectively under pressure in fast‑paced dynamic environments.
