Responsible for management, performance, and results of the entire network of premium channel dealerships (of three brands: Cadillac, Buick, and GMC). Deliver market share and financial commitments (for ICE & EV vehicles) by Brand: defining and establishing KPIs: Market Share %, Monthly targets (volume and market penetration), GMF penetration, Inventory turnover and age, Sales NPS; and participating in establishment of the annual scorecard together with the Dealer Development area Dealer Network and Brand Performance – Achieving profitable and efficient operations in sales for our business partners, focusing on growth of EV footprint. Keep improving net momentum metrics for all brands. EV Strategy Development – Develop an enterprise-wide EV strategy that delivers the best EV experience to our customers to become the leader. Customer Focused Organization – To achieve a strategic and competitive advantage by delivering an outstanding Customer Luxury Experience, focusing on superior product and service quality, and becoming the industry benchmark for customer satisfaction in resolving any issues. Collaboration and coordination with other areas & externals Planning 5‑year business plan, future productions, and commitments with plants Participation in MPM forums (future product) Development and coordination with the marketing team on product launches and monthly plans and tactical executions Leading Adjacent businesses: Certified Pre‑owned Vehicles, OnStar, BDC, Accessories Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree English Level: Advanced. Key Skills: Negotiation skills, Business acumen, Curiosity and initiative, Leadership. Required experience: 5 years of experience in the commercial area. This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company Vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
