At this moment we are seeking: Quality Supplier Development Engineer Implement cross function potential supplier review for new suppliers in the region and periodic review for qualified suppliers according to the application of procurement strategy. Organize and implement monthly supplier evaluation, maintain supplier data information and ensure the integrity and accuracy of supplier information. Issue supplier training plan prepare training courses and organize the implementation of supplier training, transfer teaching experience to relevant subsidiaries and improve their professional teaching ability and skills. Cooperate with suppliers' procurement strategy, organize and carry out capacity improvement activities for key suppliers, to promote suppliers to make significant progress in quality, cost, technology and service, achieve the purpose of improvement and maintain the improvement results. Provide assistance and support to subsidiaries and other members; Participate in the supplier quality management organized by the factory, help and support the factory to track the solution process and improvement measures of major quality problems of suppliers, and put forward professional guidance schemes and solutions.
