Uptalent.io is seeking a skilled Remote MEP BIM Modeler to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is critical in developing high-quality BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects. As part of our global operations, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to bring design concepts to life while ensuring compliance with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed MEP models in Revit.Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design aspects and resolve conflicts.Develop 3D models and construction documentation for MEP systems.Ensure accuracy and completeness of designs, adhering to project specifications.Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers.Assist in the development of project schedules and deliverables.RequirementsProven expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.Extensive experience in MEP BIM modeling with demonstrated expertise in creating detailed and accurate MEP BIM models for a diverse range of projects.Proficiency in clash detection using software like Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.Prior experience working on projects based in the United States, with familiarity with U.S. codes and standards.Fluency in English, with a high proficiency level such as C1 or C2.No Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.BenefitsEnjoy the convenience and comfort of working from home.Highly competitive compensation.Opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects.Flexible schedule that suits your lifestyle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
