Overview Gerente de EHS, administrador de la implementación y seguimiento de políticas y procedimientos específicos para evitar accidentes y cumplir con los requerimientos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente. Responsibilities Administra y es mentor del personal de la compañía y especialmente del personal del Departamento de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, en materia de EHS. Conoce y establece la estrategia para cumplir con todos los temas aplicables en materia de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente. Lidera junto al ingeniero y al médico las auditorías en materia de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente, así como el cierre de las acciones correctivas. Lidera y es mentor junto a su equipo de EHS en las investigaciones de incidentes y el cierre de las acciones correctivas. Administra a su equipo para lograr la detección, seguimiento y cierre de acciones derivadas de actos y condiciones inseguros. Da seguimiento y cumplimiento a la obtención de los permisos y licencias en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente del centro de trabajo. Implementa y coordina los planes de emergencia. Da seguimiento a requerimientos de dependencias gubernamentales en materia de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente. Capacita al personal y al equipo de EHS en los procedimientos de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. Orienta y coordina al equipo de EHS para cumplir con las capacitaciones y entrenamientos pertinentes para brigadistas y miembros de la Comisión. Calendariza y delega las inspecciones y acciones requeridas en materia de seguridad y medio ambiente a su equipo de trabajo. Conocer y evaluar los procedimientos de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente. Cumple con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa. Establece la estrategia para lograr cero accidentes en el sitio.
