Our products, used in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people.Job DescriptionFOCUS AREA: ENVIRONMENTMAIN FUNCTIONS:• Support Legal compliance according with Mexican law and corporate requirements (Obtain and actualize environmental and safety licenses – MX regulatory).• Responsible of Hazardous and Non Hazardous Waste operative controls implementation.• Solid Waste Control – Common trash.• Records updated according with Internal requirements (Logbooks, Manifest, reports, etc.).• Control of containers and collection process according w/Procedures.• Support to Air Emission program, water conservation program and water discharge controlProgram with responsible areas (FCM/HRL/Manufacturing and support areas).• Support Pest Control planning.• Supervise the personnel of this area (external).• Support to HSE activities related with HSE Training Matrix.• Support to external Certifications (E.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Industria Limpia, Autogestion. Etc).• Corporate CD03800, N2580 & applicable Requirements implementation.• Is the responsibility of the associate know and apply the EHS Policies, having, but limited tothe following responsibilities:Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area.Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to.the level of risks of his/her job.Support Safety and Environmental programs.Support awareness program related with HSE activities.KNOWLEDGE IN HEALTH AND SAFETY AREA:• Legal compliance according with Mexican law and corporate requirements (Related with STPS, SSA, COESPRIS, IMSS– MX regulatory).• Support on new projects according with CD 03800 (risk analysis and Work station release).• HSE activities related with HSE Training Matrix.• Safety Committee and Gembas-audits to all areas.• SAFETY PREV.PROGRAMS (LOTO/Electrical/ Chemical).• Accidents and Incidents Investigation / Statistics and prevention.• Administer IMSS and STPS documents (IMSS-ST7, St2, ST9, PGR & STPS Accident report).• High risk works control (Confined space, Haight and hot works).• Chemical management according with Corporate requirements.• Contractors Safety program.• Fire Protection Concept Implementation.• Support to BCM Guideline implementation.• Safety Training Instructor.• Health Working Conditions (i.e. ergonomics and work environment- Lighting, noise,chemical exposure, etc).• Support to obtain and maintain external Certifications (E.g. Autogestion by STPS). Qualifications2+ Years’ experience in HSE areas or 3+ Years’ experience in BOSCH Process.Knowledge of Mexican environmental laws and regulations.Knowledge of Local, State and Federal environmental authorizations and permits process, focused in; waste management, air emissions, water discharge process.Able to train others, proactive, teamwork, good communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving techniques.Change and project management.Ms. Office (advanced Excel), dashboards and data analysis.Knowledge of ISO 14001 (Intermediate) and ISO 45001 (Basic knowledge).Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, as we consider cultural diversity one of our greatest strengths.
