Requirements : Role Details As Senior Operations Manager, you'll work across sales, content fulfillment, and partnerships teams to ensure operational excellence. From lead intake to content delivery, you'll manage the processes that make Offline successful. Responsibilities Operational Oversight Own and refine the systems that support restaurant acquisition and retention efforts. Eliminate bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues across workflows. Ensure every step of the process—from lead qualification to partner onboarding—is seamless and efficient. Communication and Collaboration Act as the central liaison across teams, ensuring alignment between sales, partnerships, and content creation. Proactively identify and resolve communication gaps to prevent delays. Maintain a high standard of clarity in updates and handoffs between teams. Process Management Oversee lead intake and ensure data accuracy in tools like HubSpot and ClickUp. Monitor content creation and delivery workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Regularly review and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability. Performance Tracking Use tools like dashboards and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of operational processes. Skill Requirements Attention to Detail: You'll manage complex workflows and ensure no detail is overlooked. Process-Oriented Thinking: You're a natural at building, maintaining, and refining workflows. Communication Skills: You excel at keeping teams aligned and resolving issues before they escalate. Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly when priorities change. Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in operations, process management, or a similar role.
