For our business, for clients, and for you The successful candidate will join the Fund Services team and will be closely working with Clients and Client Service Managers based in US region in connection with the performance of duties related to the administration of Private Equity Funds. Candidate should have 2 plus years of relevant experience in the Administration of Private Equity Funds and Net Asset Value calculations. Should have relevant experience in hybrid structure Private Equity Funds, Client relationship management, Preparing Financials/Investor notices and other Client reporting, Processing payments etc. Key duties and responsibilities Preparation of the NAV and Financials of the Private Equity and Hybrid Funds that includerecording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting. Ensure all cash activity is booked in the accounting platform timely and reconciles monthly to the bank statements Prepare Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors Handle migration of Hybrid and PERE Funds from onshore location independently and ensure SLA targets are met. Individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis. Liaising with Onshore team on various requirements and ensure all supports are provided to the auditors to get the financials approved on the agreed timeline. Liaising with multiple stake holders in the organization and ensure the tight deadlines are met. Onboard new PE/Hybrid Funds in the accounting platforms (Investran, Allvue and eFront). Help to customize reports in Investran/eFront/Allvue to support the client requirements. Understand and complete adhoc requests from clients. Skills Required Graduate or Post graduate in Accounting, MBA Finance, CA/CMA is preferred Experience working with accounting platforms such as Investran, eFront, or Allvue and Macro enabled workbooks is preferred Good conceptual knowledge in accounting principles and financial statement preparation. Some experience in handling client relationships as well as strong written and oral communication.
