Este rol es fundamental para asegurar que las iniciativas clave del negocio se ejecuten con foco, alineación y resultados, actuando como enlace entre la visión estratégica y la ejecución táctica dentro de múltiples PODs.La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar equipos, gestionar dependencias, priorizar actividades y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y OKRs definidos.Objetivos ClaveAsegurar la entrega exitosa de iniciativas estratégicas.Actuar como coordinador central de los programas asignados.Priorizar iniciativas según los objetivos del negocio.Resolver dependencias y garantizar una asignación efectiva de recursos .Principales ResponsabilidadesServir como puente entre la supervisión estratégica (Nivel Portafolio) y la ejecución táctica (Nivel POD).Coordinar y supervisar un conjunto de PODs dentro de una misma iniciativa estratégica.Alinear y priorizar el backlog conforme a los objetivos de la iniciativa.Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y bloqueadores que afecten la entrega.Definir las necesidades y roles clave dentro de los PODs (PO, SMEs, etc.).Asegurar el logro de los OKRs establecidos para cada programa.Tareas PrincipalesDesarrollar, actualizar y mantener la hoja de ruta (roadmap) de la iniciativa estratégica.Optimizar la asignación de recursos para maximizar la eficiencia del programa.Dar seguimiento al rendimiento del programa , generando reportes, métricas y documentación ejecutiva.Realizar mapeo de stakeholders , asegurar su alineación y promover su compromiso continuo.Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo dentro de los PODs, promoviendo enfoque, claridad y cooperación.Impulsar la comunicación efectiva , promover cohesión y gestionar conflictos para mantener un entorno orientado a resultados.
