Our MCC will be a hub for technology innovation and operational support to help us build solutions that improve our customer, crew and employee experience.Check out the McDonald’s Global Technology Technical Blog to learn how technology and our global team are enabling the Accelerating the Arches strategy.Job DescriptionThis role will be a part of Operations Excellence.The Cloud Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of cloud-based applications and infrastructure during onsite hours. This role involves coordinating with application stakeholders, addressing urgent issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of cloud services.Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesThe role expects the resource to perform the following functions:Act as the primary point of contact for all application stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.Handle and resolve any urgent issues that arise during onsite hours, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.Ensure that cloud solutions adhere to security policies and compliance requirements.Work closely with IT teams to develop and implement cloud strategies and solutions.Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.Ensure compliance with audit, security, upgrades, and other necessary requirements for supported technologies.Regularly track, review, and report on ticket progress, ensuring alignment with CPIs and critical metrics.Possess the knowledge and ability to interpret, educate, and enforce adherence to SDLC and ITIL processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,4 plus years of experience in cloud administration or a related role.Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integrating OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP).Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.Preferred QualificationsCertifications in cloud technologies (e.g., OCI Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).Experience with automation tools and scripting languagesSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustries: RestaurantsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at McDonald's by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
