Provide analysis on Labor Utilization, expenses, cost improvement plans, and other financial topics. Ensure timely compliance with finance department requirements, maintaining ASAT files and related records. Prepare financial reports, records, and statistical analyses as requested, reviewed by the Controller. Actively participate in plant cost savings initiatives, system upgrades, and support for SPA projects. Collaborate with other departments to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures. Perform physical inventory reconciliations against ledgers. Analyze and determine causes of physical FA inventory variances and monitor idle assets. Organize and conduct the annual HDM & Rings physical fixed assets inventory. Monitor and support all assigned finance-related activities. Ensure compliance with capital expenditures and CRFA requirements. Prepare, package, and file financial presentations for management and corporation as required. Qualifications Education This position requires an accounting degree, preferably or equivalent experience. Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of accounting systems; experience with Oracle and MRP preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and develop financial procedures for HDM. Proven ability to prepare and maintain management reports, perform analysis, and recommend solutions for cost savings. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create financial presentations and interpret bilingual managerial instructions. Commitment to continuous improvement and effective teamwork. Positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to perform job responsibilities effectively. Experience This position requires at minimum 5 to 10 years in financial/accounting experience.
