Compressor Stations Program Manager / CDMX - Mérida This position's mission is to ensure a safe and complete execution of all compressor stations work related to the Cuxtal II project, collaborating closely with the project team and stakeholders, taking into account Group's policies, Engie management systems and project specific procedures. This position has close interaction with senior project management, leading the implementation of all pipeline work for the Cuxtal II project. Responsibilities and Job Functions Oversight of the EPC development of all Compressor Stations (C / S) (3) of Cuxtal II project, each of which will have a Project Manager. Coordinate with all functional areas assigned to each Project Manager under his responsibility and coordinate with other departments, as needed, to ensure that all project requirements are met. Overseeing all aspects of the project (EPC), including planning, scheduling, budgeting, doc control, quality, procurement, contracts management, C&SU and consolidates info for all C / S. Ensuring that each Project Manager under his responsibility delivers as per plan and is adequately determining the appropriate materials, processes, and equipment needed to meet project goals within the specified timeframe and budget. Managing the overall C / S milestones of the project to meet deadlines set for each stage of the pipeline construction process, while tracking progress against them to ensure they are met Ensuring that safety standards are always met on site while complying with all H&S rules and procedures. Monitoring the work of all personnel under his responsibility to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality as per design. Support integration with O&M for C&SU of the system Ensure Lessons Learned are shared between all pipeline spreads Project Managers Responsible for the successful conclusion of the project by providing leadership, strategically managing risk, monitoring finances and making sure that each phase of the project starts and ends on schedule. Ensures that the project progresses in accordance with its contractual obligations. Occupational Profile Engineer (Mechanical, Process, Metallurgy, Materials, Civil, Industrial) Preferably with post secondary studies / certification Preferably with Project Management specific studies Advance Spanish, Intermediate English Proven experience with EPC C / S work, as Program Manager and / or Project Manager in Mexico and desirable international experience as well.
