Responsabilidades The position covers responsibility for supporting NAR OWN offices for MRO sourcing and NPI project needs. The specialist will work closely with ICN Global organization. By maintaining the relationship with suppliers, and strong connection with R&D teams, the role is responsible for supporting direct material requests instrumental to NPI projects, investigating best sourcing option for components, also leading supplier selection if needed to meet the specific requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage RFQ for indirect procurement needs, including e-req approvals, PO release, and assist in addressing PO posting issues. Help identifying possible process improvement based on lessons learnt and best practice experience. Manage RFQ with external vendors and maintain SAP records (source list, purchase info records) for direct materials supporting NPI projects, release PO, request evaluation samples, and ensure that material infeed is in line with project costs and timeline. Follow MID/part qualification in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supplier Quality and QA. Lead Supplier Selection Process if applicable/needed, drive vendor creation/extension request. Works on localization programs for cost reduction looking for alternatives in the market also collaborating with other ICN sourcing teams and Category management. Identify cost saving opportunities along the product lifetime and in relation to managed MRO, evaluate and submit PIP project. Collect and monitor cost saving projects, facilitate/support brainstorming sessions, maintain PIP database. Support data analytics for CoGS reporting. Assist in escalation with supplier base in case of critical shortages or pricing/delivery issues alerts from Planning team. Requisitos Bachelor in a related field required. Master or advanced degree are a plus. 5-8 years experience in procurement, supply chain, NPI process, or related field required. Experience in the electronic market. Excellent verbal and written skills required (English). Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, assertiveness in communication & conversation, strong cooperative and team work attitude are needed.
