Update quality documentation via change controls and ensure site readiness. Coordinate dunnage for validation activities (modifying existing pallets, building new pallets, borrowing existing pallets). Support sample builds as required. Lead or participate in conversations on new cycle specification documents once validation is complete and parameters are locked. Review scope lists and provide information on current validations/documentation for existing sterilization cycles. Act as the manufacturing site sterilization SME, familiar with local documentation on bioburden, residuals, endotoxin, load configurations, etc. Differentiating Factors Autonomy Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments. Organizational Impact Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments. Contributes to the completion of project milestones and may have some involvement in cross‑functional assignments.
