Delivery Manager at BairesDev We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead and manage a structure of 200+ professionals, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, working for over 30 US-based clients. This is a high-impact role with limitless growth opportunities in the fastest-growing company in the world. Your leadership will ensure that KPIs are met, processes are adhered to, and operations run smoothly. What You'll Do : Lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs. Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and management control. Act as the escalation point for operational and delivery-related issues, ensuring prompt conflict resolution. Collaborate with the PMO on the execution of procedures for PMs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Work closely with HR Business Partners to enforce HR policies across the team. Monitor the performance of Project Managers, managing a team ranging between 5 and 10 PMs overseeing 200+ team members. Ensure efficient reporting and escalation methodologies to maintain smooth operations. Address HR-related matters with the HRBP and elevate relevant issues as needed. Present complex operational challenges to Account Managers (AMs) while supporting the relationship between PMs and clients. Ensure that communication between PMs and Clients is professional, clear, and effective. What We're Looking For : 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, managing teams of 50+ people including 3+ PMs in the IT sector. Strong IT background and experience managing large-scale software development or tech projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
