OverviewJoin a global network of more than 8,000 professionals across 60+ countries. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at FLSmidth, you will support hiring across South America while working closely with international teams and local recruitment functions. You will help shape our employer brand, benchmark compensation, and contribute to strategic talent initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end recruiting processes for vacancies in Brazil, Chile, and Peru.Define recruiting strategies for each requisition and advise hiring managers.Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and advanced searches.Maintain timely, professional communication with stakeholders.Plan, conduct, and coordinate interviews and interview panels.Provide status updates and interview feedback to candidates.Enhance employer branding and champion FLSmidth’s reputation.Serve as the primary contact for agencies, manage recruitment partner contracts, and maintain job portal relationships.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in an end‑to‑end role.Proven experience recruiting for in‑house and agency environments.Experience in a global company with an international workforce.Business‑fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written); additional conversational Portuguese is a plus.Strong analytical and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.ApplicationApply directly on this page.
