This ensures a pleasantly relaxed driving experience without rough strokes – no matter whether occupants drive for themselves or are being driven autonomously. We are looking to hire a Category Manager Clutch for our Aftermarket Division, this position can be located at Guadalajara or CDMX offices. What you can look forward to as Category Manager Clutch? Drive new product launches by leveraging customer feedback (VOC), vehicle research, and market / category analysis. Manage the full product lifecycle through strategic pricing and inventory planning, including logic for discontinuations and seamless part supersessions with minimal customer disruption. Support the Sales team by answering product-specific questions, coordinating market positioning, completing load forms, creating sales presentations, and analyzing customer-specific data. Become a technical expert on your product line, understanding failure modes, service life, and competitive advantages of ZF products. Ensure data accuracy in SAP, maintaining complete and correct product information and resolving any SAP-related issues that impact customer satisfaction. Benchmark competitors and maintain cross-reference files, highlighting items where ZF has exclusive offerings. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to the market, collaborating with Marketing to develop impactful promotional materials. Conduct market studies and develop business plans with the Sales team to forecast and prioritize future programs / products, including pricing strategies, margin tracking, and ERP pricing maintenance. Your profile as Category Manager Clutch Minimum of 5 years of professional experience / Bachelor's Degree required / Fully bilingual. SAP mandatory. Automotive aftermarket experience desired. High technical aptitude. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work within tight deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple departments and companies. High degree of technical aptitude.
