Desarrollar tácticas y estrategias para la reposición de inventario control y monitoreo obteniendo niveles equilibrados del mismo Analizar el pronóstico de demanda y billete de materiales para la detección de riesgos latentes de faltante de material Analizar datos y prever necesidades futuras Desarrollo y aplicación de procedimientos y tecnologías que ayuden a asegurar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad del inventario Comunicación constante con el equipo de compras para la solicitud y entrega del material en tiempo. Cómo será tu día típico Garantizar el trabajo seguro de los miembros del equipo. Gestión y control de sistema MRP Aseguramiento diario de los métricos del departamento Ejecución de conteos cíclicos identificando variaciones y liderando la investigación de las causas raíz de estas mismas. Calculo de compra de materia prima con base en el plan de producción y potenciales necesidades de cambio sobre el mismo. Identificación de riesgos por faltantes de material, liderando proactivamente soluciones con el equipo. La posición reporta a gerente de materiales. Comunicación continua con el equipo de compras y almacén para asegurar niveles óptimos de cobertura del material. Qualifications Carrera profesional como mínimo Experiencia laboral previa mínima de 1 año en áreas relacionadas: Materiales, Inventarios, planeación. Ingles oral y escrito básico Experiencia en MRPs, deseable Oracle Experiencia en conteos cíclicos y sus análisis causa raíz Habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, proactividad y autodirección.
