Key Responsibilities Drive sales operations and achieve performance targets. Build and lead an effective sales team, create and execute business plans, and maintain client relationships while developing new opportunities. Maintain established relationships with customers through regular visits to explain product concepts and promote, sell, and consult on the correct use of company products. Represent Alcon in the specific channel and promote and sell Alcon products effectively. Collaborate with leadership on performance indicators (KPIs) to meet established goals and track and monitor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives. Provide technical clarifications and assist customers in solving problems within your knowledge field. Request and follow guidance in accordance with the company’s commercial policy and compliance, ensuring adherence to GxP regulations, SOPs, accurate documentation, and completion of all required training. Typical Day Maintain established relationships with customers through regular visits to explain product concepts and promote, sell, and consult on the correct use of company products. Represent Alcon in the specific channel and promote and sell Alcon products effectively. Collaborate with leadership on performance indicators (KPIs) to meet established goals and track and monitor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives. Provide technical clarifications and assist customers in solving problems within your knowledge field. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Administration, Psychology, or related field). Advanced level of English is desirable. +5 years of experience in a similar role.
