Position Overview El Construction Manager es responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar proyectos de construcción desde su inicio hasta su finalización y entrega al cliente, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad, seguridad, presupuesto,tiempo y guías globales del cliente. Dentro de su experiencia debe contar con conocimientos de construcción civil, obra gris y acabados de alta calidad así como un conocimiento básico de instalaciones eléctricas e hidráulicas. Key Responsibilities Supervisar todas las fases del proyecto de construcción (pre construcción, ejecución y cierre). Coordinar equipos de trabajo, contratistas, proveedores y subcontratistas donde se incluye gestionar permisos de manera interna, capacitaciones y accesos a las obras. Elaborar y actualizar reportes de obra de forma clara y concisa. Realizar inspecciones periódicas en sitio para verificar avances y calidad. Resolver problemas técnicos y logísticos que surjan durante la ejecución. Correcto seguimiento y cierre documental en la etapa constructiva de los proyectos Seguimiento al contratista y documentación técnica. Required Qualifications: Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura, Construcción o afín. Experiencia comprobada en gestión de obras (Industrial y oficinas) Competence and Skills: Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, conocimiento de múltiples oficios de construcción incluyendo (civil, eléctrico y mecánico). Languages: Inglés - Intermedio
