For more info visit our website GWM Group (gwm-global.com) The Role We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising logistics activities related to the supply, distribution and transportation of components and vehicles, guaranteeing an uninterrupted flow of products and optimizing operating costs. Responsibilities Monitoring the status of units to Mexico, to develop a strong relationship and communication with GWM Logistics department. To review and to update of the shipping schedule from origin until arrival. To elaborate and share the operative plan for every vessel, with supply chain actors. Clarify, follow up and close the cases of invoices or expense accounts with logistics providers and in case there are discrepancies, agree to what is indicated in the tariffs. To be responsible for port operation coordination; to act in front of carriers and shipping lines, to get support from customs specialist. To elaborate shipping plan distribution to dealer network after importation matter, based on GWM strategy. Requirements University degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field. Previous experience in logistics roles, preferably in the automotive industry, at least 2.5 years. Knowledge of transportation and international trade regulations.
