Responsibilities

Responsible for handling emergency events on the product market side and collecting competitive product informationRequirements:Full-time undergraduate degree or above/chemical/environmental/energy-related engineering majors.;Familiar with North American new energy vehicle industry after-sales service standards/North American energy storage industry safety operation specifications/North American energy storage industry recycling-related standards and regulations;3. Fluent English communication ability/customer business negotiation ability/contract writing ability/market research ability;4. Worked in a company related to the energy or automotive industry, with experience in customer service;5. English is a must, Chinese Language a bonus;
