L2/L3 OpenStack Cloud Support Engineer with Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD - 100% REMOTE - (EST Work Hours) - NEED SOMEONE IN LATIN AMERICA Job Title: Openstack Support Engineer with OpenStack, Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform Location: 100% REMOTE - LATIN AMERICA Employment Type: Long Term Contract Job Overview We are looking for a skilled OpenStack Support Engineer with a strong background in OpenStack, Linux systems, Kubernetes, Terraform. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage cloud environments, and troubleshoot complex issues across hybrid cloud infrastructures. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of cloud platforms supporting enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for OpenStack environments, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Manage and maintain Linux-based systems that support OpenStack services. Use Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and updates. Diagnose and resolve issues across compute, network, and storage layers in OpenStack. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation, performance, and scalability of cloud platforms. Maintain system documentation, procedures, and support materials. Required Skills and Experience 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in OpenStack administration and support. Strong expertise in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) administration and scripting. Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation. Proficient in troubleshooting networking, storage, and virtualization‑related issues. Experience with tools such as Ansible, Git, or Jenkins is a plus.
