SEO Specialist – Location: Remote – Full-Time About Bateman Collective Bateman Collective is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in direct-to-seller marketing for Real Estate Investors. We focus on connecting distressed homeowners—who may face challenges like foreclosure, inherited property, or relocation—with investors who can offer solutions. Responsibilities Google Business Profiles: Sets up, optimizes and posts updates to clients’ GBPs On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and website content for targeted keywords Technical SEO: Analyze website structure, site speed, and technical issues impacting search engine crawling and indexing, proposing solutions to address technical SEO concerns Content: Produce content suitable for client websites, including blog content, FAQs & service pages Analytics Monitoring: Regularly analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console to identify trends, measure SEO performance, and optimize accordingly Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor sites to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of the industry Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years experience in SEO Experience with WordPress, being able to perform on-site optimizations Well organized & able to operate with very little supervision Experience working in a project management tool to complete projects & keep other team members apprised of progress Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently Excellent written & spoken English – all company communication Company Culture At Bateman Collective, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and collaborative work environment.
